Jet and his friends attend Space Camp, excited to apply their knowledge about space and science in fun, hands-on activities. However, their plans take a wild turn when Jet's playful pet, Sunspot, accidentally shrinks due to a bizarre allergic reaction. To save him, the group embarks on an interstellar mission to the planet Mascarpone to retrieve a rare element called "deshrinkulum." During their journey, the friends face various cosmic challenges, including navigating through a black hole and befriending an alien creature. As they work together, the team demonstrates problem-solving, collaboration, and the spirit of exploration. The movie concludes with the kids returning to Space Camp in time, having saved Sunspot and deepened their bonds as a team.
